Returns & Refunds Policy – Copier Pro Solutions
At Copier Pro Solutions, all sales of equipment and imaging supplies—including but not limited to drums, parts, and fusing units—are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on these items. For any concerns regarding toner returns or RMAs, please contact the manufacturer directly. We exclusively offer genuine, new, and unused toner products.
All copier and printer purchases are considered final sale. If a warranty is offered, it will be clearly indicated on the product listing.
Warranty Information
Warranty coverage is available exclusively to customers located within a 150KM radius of Toronto.
Customers outside of this service area acknowledge that warranty services are not applicable to their purchase. Regardless of location, we ensure each machine arrives in proper working order and without transport damage, provided that Copier Pro Solutions arranges the delivery. This guarantee does not apply if the customer arranges their own courier or transports the equipment themselves.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with eligible returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
- For shipments valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Copier Pro Solutions cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
